Description
The module is presented in the form of an implementation and production project. Students must provide a technical solution to an environmental or societal problem posed by a third party from society. Contributions in workshops, conferences and debates on different themes such as corporate social responsibility, ethics and engineering responsibility, eco-design and life cycle, alternative economic models, low tech, data protection and GDPR, geopolitics , climate issues, digital ethics and impact studies will enrich the analysis around the project. The project must result in the prototyping of a solution with the study of the ethical and technical implications. The work is done in teams of 4 to 12 students depending on the subjects.
Learning Outcomes AAv (AAv)
AAV1 [heures: 20, A2, C4]: At the end of the PER module, students must be able to integrate environmental and societal issues into the study of an engineering solution and to use it correctly. and relevance of impact indicators (carbon footprint, LCA, social indicators, etc.)
AAV2 [heures: 20, E1, B4]: At the end of the PER module, students must be able to draw up an analysis grid for a solution and evaluate its relevance with regard to environmental and societal issues
AAV3 [heures: 15, E3, F1, F2]: At the end of the PER module, students must be able to publicly and professionally justify a technical choice orally and in writing.
AAv4 [heures: 10,E4] : correctly apply a project management method

AAv6 [heures: 30, F1] Correctly write documentation as you go along, allowing you to understand the work carried out and, if necessary, to resume the project where it left off
AAv7 [heures: 41,D1,C1,C2,C4] Eco-design a prototyping correctly and carry it out (the “correctly” will be specified for each subject)
AAv8 [heures: 15,C3,D3] Correctly invent a validation test protocol for the different solutions produced. Correctly apply this in situ test protocol and evaluate the different criteria. Analyze test results based on evaluations and propose avenues for improvement for the future
