Description

4-week worker internship

  • Integration into a company in order to discover the functioning, human resources and organization of public or private companies.
  • Carry out an operational task explained in advance. Experience the business at an operator level.
  • Define the first bases for building the student's professional project.
  • Promote the human and professional integration of the student into a work team.

Learning Outcomes AAv (AAv)

  • AAv1 [heures: 20, G2] : At the end of the worker internship, the student will be able to correctly carry out a repetitive task while respecting safety/quality standards and by perfectly following the precisely described steps.

  • AAv2 [heures: 20, E3, F2] : At the end of the worker internship, the student will be able to integrate into a team while being aware of the roles/ranks of each of the interacting employees.

  • AAv3 [heures: 10, E2, F1] : At the end of the worker internship, the student will be able to present their experience in a company by including the presentation of the company's activities via a summary sheet in the required format.

Assessment methods

  • The evaluation by the company will focus on work in the company, autonomy, ability to understand what is asked of them, punctuality, participation, integration and initiatives. This evaluation form must be completed by the trainee's manager and sent to the Corporate Relations department. This document must be signed by the company guardian and bear the company stamp.
  • A summary sheet presenting the student, the company and the achievements during this internship is to be written by the student. This form must be validated by the company (signature of the tutor and stamp of the company) help with writing here
  • A field notebook on this experience will be used in SHI.
  • The company may request an activity report.
  • No report or oral defense requested by the school for this internship.
