Training under student then apprentice status (FISEA : Formation sous Statut Etudiant puis Apprenti)
From September 2025, ENIB will offer a general engineering apprenticeship programme via the FISEA route, comprising a first year as a student, followed by two years as an apprentice. This programme provides a comprehensive engineering education, combining academic training with professional experience in a company.
First year (S5 and S6):
Student status: acquisition of the scientific and technical fundamentals of a generalist engineer. Personalised support is provided to help students find an apprenticeship contract, including workshops, mock interviews, CV writing and company days.
- An international internship lasting a minimum of nine weeks in a company or research laboratory abroad to develop intercultural awareness.
Second and third years (S7, S8, S9, S10):
- Apprentice status: training alternates between ENIB and the company at an optimised pace to consolidate learning and apply it in a professional environment, gradually developing skills.
- Final semester: full professional immersion in a company to carry out an engineering project.
