  • AAv1 [hours: 13, E2, A2]: By the end of S7, students will be able to model costs and analyze them based on an organization's structural characteristics and contingency factors. More specifically, within a medium-sized organization, they can:

    • Differentiate between different cost categories;
    • Analyze the profitability of an activity or company in a given situation;
    • Calculate and interpret operating risk indicators to identify problems and propose appropriate management solutions (break-even point, dead point, operating leverage, safety index...);
    • Write an argument, written or oral, to advise the decision-maker.
  • AAv2 [hours: 8, E4, E2]: By the end of S7, students will be able to establish and analyze a cash budget and propose balancing solutions in writing.
