Description

  • Assist the apprentice in writing and structuring their portfolio.
  • Provide pedagogical support to help the apprentice link theory and practice.

Learning Outcomes (AAv)

  • AAv1 [hours: 9, F2, G3]: By the end of semester 7, the apprentice is able to critically document their professional experiences in the company by maintaining a digital portfolio. They must be able to identify and demonstrate the acquisition of key junior assistant engineer skills, using detailed reflections and relevant evidence documents.

  • AAv2 [hours: 9, G3]: By the end of semester 7, the apprentice knows how to effectively integrate feedback from their academic tutor to improve the quality and accuracy of their portfolio. They demonstrate their ability to revise and refine their portfolio based on guidance and constructive criticism received.
