Learning Outcomes (AAv)

• AAv1 [hours: 12, F2]: By the end of S8, apprentices will be able to critically document their professional experiences in the company by maintaining a digital portfolio. Apprentices will be able to articulate how their skills have been strengthened or expanded compared to their first apprenticeship semester, through detailed reflective practice and analysis of specific cases encountered.

• AAv2 [hours: 6, G3]: By the end of S8, apprentices will be able to effectively present their company experience orally to an audience of future apprentices, structuring their speech clearly, persuasively, and appropriately for their audience. They must include in their presentation a self-critical analysis of their technical and interpersonal skills, highlighting their development since the first year.
